The Borough Council of Calderdale invited quotes for the delivery of the Warm Homes: Local Grant (WHLG) scheme via the WYCA Energy Efficiency & Carbon Reduction Framework (976363) for the delivery of energy efficiency and clean heating upgrades aiming to improve a maximum of 227 low-income, (minimum 109) households by March 2028.
