Description
This service will manage and administer the delivery of schemes up to the completion of the 3D Stage Gate 2 Preliminary Design and review, comment, or approve designs on behalf of National Highways beyond that point as they progress through the 3D Stage Gate process with outcomes recorded on the CDMT management system. The service will act to supplement the existing National Highways team led by Eloise Phillips. The service will support and enable the progression of the tunnels and road side technology programmes expected to be delivered from this point to the end of RIS 3. For bidding purposes, we ask that bidders set out a service proposal over the 6 year period using the requirements set out in the resource schedule. We request that bidders provide an overall costed WPPS for the entire 6 year period and separate costed WPPS for each year which will be termed sections of the overall bid.
