Description

This notice serves as a published publicly accessible Contract Award Notice in compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, marking the start of the mandatory eight-day standstill period, which will end on the 17th April 2026. Assessment summaries were sent to bidding suppliers on the 01 April 2026. Due to registration issues with the Central Digital Platform (Find a Tender Service), this notice is being posted on Contracts Finder rather than the Central Digital Platform in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Procurement Regulations 2024. This procurement exercise establishes a Open Services Framework. FASTER will be a Framework of suppliers up to the value of £57,000,000 including VAT. It will be an Open Framework. The plan will be to open up the Framework to any new entrants within the first 3 years of the Framework duration and is planned to be in place for up to 8 years (maximum).
