The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham ('the Council') invited Quotations for the support of digital advertising services to recruit foster carers across eight North West London Local Authorities ('the Contract'). Operational from May 2024, the London Boroughs of London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (lead Local Authority), Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster City Council have joined together to form 'Foster with West London', a collaborative partnership working together to recruit foster carers who can provide a loving and safe home to children in care in west London.
