THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF CHICHESTER DISTRICT COUNCIL. This contract has been awarded to a single supplier by way of a Direct Award under the KCS Procurement Services Framework Agreement Y23065 - Software Products and Associated Services. The contract is for the continued provision of the Verint Engagement Management Professional Local Government Platform, a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, including software licences, support, maintenance and associated services.
