Fluency Direct Fluency Direct is a front-end speech recognition solution that works with over 300 Electronic Patient Record systems, all driven by a single, cloud-hosted voice profile. Clinicians of any medical specialty can verbally create, edit and sign reports directly in the EPR for faster and better documentation.
