Description
The Authority requires access to physical development facilities in the vicinity of the Middlesbrough and the Contractor shall provide the following: a. Membership for up to 80 personnel per annum. b. A cardiovascular (CV) training area to include impact and low-impact equipment running, cross fit and rowing machines as well as exercises bikes (to include spin bikes) to ensure participation by personnel of all fitness levels. c. A weights area consisting of free weights including dumbbells, bar bells and kettle bells as well as resistance equipment and strength and conditioning equipment. d. Arrange an induction to the Gym within 10 working days of the application been received. 4. Access to male and female showers and changing facilities is required including individual lockable lockers and toilets. 5.
