The new solution will support ITIL-aligned processes, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable benefits including faster resolution times, improved CMDB accuracy, and better self-service. This solution was tendered as a Further Competition under Government Commercial Agency framework Technology Products & Associated Services 2, under Lot 3.
