Description
Provision of external technical support to evaluate, review, and capture the MOD requirement for individual Fuels, Lubricants and Associated products (FLAP) in the form of Defence Standards (DEFSTAN) and AFS/ DTD standards owned by OEA. Such standards inform the Technical statement of requirement for procurement of such products by MOD delivery partner.
