Extension Options: 3x48 months Additional information: In accordance with the transparency requirements set out under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, we are publishing this notice to confirm the award of a public contract and to disclose a substantial change to the contractual terms. Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process, a contract has been awarded to the successful supplier. During the final contract stage, it became necessary to substantially amend the standard form of contract previously issued during the tender process. The final agreement incorporates the supplier's own terms and conditions in place of the originally issued terms.
