Description
Blackpool Council is seeking to procure the services of a highly experienced multi-disciplinary consultancy team to assist the Council in delivering innovative Design Codes for Blackpool. \r Blackpool has recently been allocated funding by the Office for Place at the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities (DLUHC) to participate in the Design Code Pathfinder Programme 2024 - 2025.
