Description
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service owns a portfolio of 56 residential houses, at 6 different locations across Cheshire. The properties have been the subject of a programme of refurbishment work to bring them up to required standards under Contract CPA/SPU/1267F over the last 5 years, with that contract period ending March 2025. The contract was established under the Fusion21 framework of the time. This work has included Roofs, Insulation, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Adaptions and External works ie driveways, paths, fencing, guttering. Properties will be occupied during any works instructed. Some refurbishment works remain required across the portfolio and this relates mainly to Kitchens and Bathrooms. A new contract under the Fusion 21 Framework for Building Improvements Lot 9 is being established While the works identified for Financial Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 are Kitchens and Bathrooms which are covered by Lot 1; flexibility is required for any other works which may fall under Lots 2/3…
