The DHSC-NHSE Transformation Programme brings together Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHS England (NHSE) colleagues to build a DHSC for the future - an agile, mission-focused and productive organisation better equipped to lead the health and care ecosystem and deliver better for patients and citizens. Alongside the organisational design of the new DHSC, a critical element of the transformation programme will be the Organisational Development to create and drive the right target culture, values, behaviours and capabilities.
