Description
The call-off contract shall commence on 14th June 2025 and the expiry date will be 13th June 2027, for a period of two years with an option to extend by eight months to 13th February 2028. The total contract value shall be £3,000,000.00 excluding VAT. This procurement activity was a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Services RM6204 Rail Legal Services and the Commercial Agreement Terms and Conditions shall apply.
