Description

The implementation partner will work closely with NH internal teams to lead a project for delivering the enhanced HR experience platform and employee relations case management system as part of the PFP platform. This will replace the current ticketing set up for HR Services and Casework in Service Cloud with the same functionality within HR Helpdesk.
