Description
This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate the below-threshold contract award made by NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (NHS MSE ICB) (herein referred to as 'the Authority') for the provision of a Centralised Placement Management System (CPMS), in accordance with the Authority's local Standing Financial Instructions. The contract award is made to Quantum IT for the provision of CPMS. The contract period is for a total of 24 months, from the 16th April 2025 - 15th April 2027, with a maximum total aggregate contract value of £200,000 (inclusive VAT). This notice is being published to reflect the date by which the Authority has satisfied it's internal governance process and the Authority's signatures have been ascertained, not at the time of the proposed start-date of this contract.
