Description
London Borough of Hackney is a Member of the Fusion 21 Members Consortium. This is a Direct Award for Cundalls from the established Fusion 21 Lifts Framework - Lot 5 Lift Consultancy. The term of the contract will be for up to a 12 month period. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in September 2026. The London Borough of Hackney is delivering a comprehensive Lift Modernisation Programme across its housing portfolio, comprising the replacement, refurbishment and upgrade of lift systems within occupied residential buildings. These works are critical to maintaining safe, reliable and accessible homes, particularly for residents who rely on lifts for day-to-day mobility.
