Description
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), working with NHS England (NHSE), and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), have initiated a project to update the national guidance on Intellectual Property (IP) for NHS organisations, which has not been revised in 23 years. To date, the project team has developed a wireframe of the new guidance, outlining its structure and key content areas. Additionally, extensive stakeholder feedback has been gathered to inform the final version. Request for Professional Services We now require Legal Professional Services support to transform the wireframe into comprehensive, actionable guidance with exemplar IP agreements, and exemplar IP policy statements.
