Technical advice to Technical Standards Group of National Highways. National Highways (the Client) is looking to set up a contract for the provision of a range of technical engineering consultancy services to support the Technical Standards Group (TSG) with the implementation of new technical standards and revising existing technical standards which are used for the assessment, design and construction of all works on the strategic road network. The support enables TSG to manage peaks and troughs of document quality reviews, technical standards committee consultations, advice to technical authors and assurance that the documents work together to support the overseeing organisations in managing technical risk and we have a complimentary and non-contradictory set of documents with clear links between Design > Design Outputs > Construction/Installation.
