Description
Original award was made 28/03/2024 for value of £499,000 from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. As no Cabinet meeting was held in June 2024 due to the General Election, an Urgent Decision was made for a variation to the contract. The Chief Executive of Norwich City Council took this decision following consultation with the Leader of the Council, leaders of all political groups, chair of Scrutiny Committee, the Portfolio Holder for Housing, Monitoring Officer and the Chief Finance Officer. Jul24 - The contract has been varied for the period to 30 June 2025 with an reduced awarded contract value of £198,400.00 as agreed with the supplier and framework provider. The original value of £499,000 was incorrect but at the time of award, a final budget required was not available so.
