Description
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been issued by Security Industry Authority (SIA) and invites you to quote for the SIA 921 - Debt Recovery Services 2025. We require a supplier for the provision of Debt Recovery Services, which the Supplier shall act as the authorised debt recovery agent of the SIA, responsible for undertaking the recovery of unpaid legal debts, including, but not limited to, unpaid court-awarded costs, fines, and other related legal charges. The services to be provided by the Supplier under this agreement shall encompass pre-legal collections, initiation of legal proceedings where appropriate, enforcement of judgments, and tracing of debtors.
