Description
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WINDOW FOR MANDATORY SITE VISITS HAS NOW CLOSED ON 08/11/2024. ANY SUPPLIER WHO SUBMITS A BID WITHOUT HAVING ATTENDED ONE OF THE MANDATORY SITE VISITS WILL UNFORTUNATELY NOT HAVE THEIR BID CONSIDERED IN THE EVALUATION STAGE OF THE TENDER. The Accommodation and Commercial Services department within the University of Sheffield wishes to work in partnership with a single contractor who is able to provide a service for the cleaning of its accommodation. This is to cover cleaning of accommodation when contracts end (mostly July, some in September and February), but also some conference business through the year. The contract end cleans will predominantly be Deep Cleaning, but may also include Standard Cleaning as the accommodation is used for summer guests (having already been deep cleaned, only a Standard Clean will be required).
