Small Works Framework Agreement: Small Construction Work

Description

Small Construction works required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: • General refurbishment of individual rooms i.e. paintwork, carpets/carpet tiles; • General brickwork and repairs i.e. repairs following damage/ deterioration; • Brickwork alterations and additions i.e. new walls, core drilling etc.; • Design work to facilitate quotes; • Control room and office fit outs for fixed benches and installation; • All forms of Ironmongery design and installations; • Installation of new glazing; • Outbuildings and container fit outs/refurbishments; • Repair, replacement or install of all types of fencing and gates; • Roof and building cladding repairs; • Supply and install of site signage and line painting; and • Tarmac & concrete surfacing
