Description
Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes. The Framework will be split into 4 Lots and this Lot is for works contracts with a value of between 10 million and 35 million GBP Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline and land availability and the unknown volume of other ‘Social Housing Providers’ using the framework over the framework period, the value of the Framework in the notice and this Lot is not in any way an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably.
