Description
Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) ICB is seeking a provider to manage and deliver a community falls-risk reduction evidence-based strength and balance programme, to reduce the health impact and healthcare burden of falls and fall-related injuries in the older population across BNSSG. This procurement is divided into lots. Lot 1 covers the Bristol area. This exercise is being managed by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
