Residential Refurbishment Planned Maintenance Programme (PMP) - General Refurbishment of the University’s residential buildings Residences Fire Strategy Planned Maintenance Programme (FSPMP) - Fire strategy works in Residences buildings including fire alarms, fire doors and compartmentation. Subject to Business Case Student residences projects which fall within the annual planned refurbishment (PMP) and fire strategy (FSPMP) programmes of work. The majority of these projects require delivery during the summer recess period each year. Annual programme value of circa 4m Refurbishment and 4m Fire strategy.
