Description
Trafford, Tameside Metropolitan Borough, Rochdale Borough and Bolton Councils are looking to award a 5 year contract with the option to extend for a further 5 years with breaks at Year 5 and Year 8 (5+3+2) for parking enforcement and associated services. The Councils are looking to appoint one contractor that is committed to delivering services that reflect the current and changing needs of each authority over the lifetime of the contract. The Councils are looking to appoint a contractor that can deliver a quality service and understands trends by monitoring service delivery against compliance levels to deliver and manage change and service needs efficiently and effectively.
