Description
NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (NHS SWL ICB) is seeking to appoint a provider for the Provision of Ophthalmology Services across the whole of South West London namely the six boroughs of Richmond, Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth, Sutton and Croydon. Lot 1 - A Community Eyecare Service to manage and deliver minor eyecare services in community and primary care optometry. The expected contract value for Lot 1 is £1,450,000 per annum. Maximum Total Contract Value is £10, 150,000. The Contract to be offered to the Recommended Bidder(s) at the end of this Procurement will be for an initial duration of five years, which is intended to run from 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2031 with a two-year contract extension up to 31 March 2033.
