Description
Covers the installation of showers, ramps, grab rails, stair lifts and the like for the disabled along with all associated work to properties. Scope includes: - Survey - Coordinate and undertake survey at site minimising disruption and inconvenience to tenants - Design - Design and agree installations (where appropriate) to HHP specifications, standards and with the tenant where specified - Procure & Supply - Procure to HHP standards, specifications and or agreed equivalents - Install - Install and make good as appropriate - Commissioning - Commission any new equipment - Defects & Maintenance - Manage and make good any defects and undertake maintenance of any required equipment within the specified 52 week period
