Description
Provision of a 5-stage supported employment/ specialist job coaching service to individuals with diagnosed learning disabilities referred by the local authority social work teams to achieve a mainstream job outcome and the going rate of pay that meets their life goals and aspirations. And to local employers to increase their understanding of the business case for employing people with learning disabilities and provide the necessary support to the individual and the employer to sustain the job. Employ and support peer ambassador(s) to use their lived experience to effect attitudinal and culture change across stakeholder groups.
