Description
THIS IS AN AWARD OF CONTRACT NOTICE - HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide hard and soft landscaping and winter maintenance services at: Enterprise Park Forres, The Apex, Horizon Scotland, Unit 9, Strathcona House, Forres. Services will include grass and shrub cutting, weed removal, car park maintenance and winter gritting/snow clearance. It is expected that these services will be required from 01 May 2025 for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods not exceeding 12 months following the Initial Term. The initial 3-year budget available to deliver the services is between GBP195,000 and GBP222,500 (excluding VAT). Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
