Description
SE and Forth Green Freeport wish to appoint a single supplier to deliver a strategic assessment of the utilities capacity and constraints across the FGF tax sites. The project will be delivered in three phases. It is anticipated that the contract will start in February 2026, with Phase 1 to be delivered by 31st March 2026. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
