Description
This notice is issued under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) as a confirmation of award of a contract following a competitive procedure (Notice identifier: 2024/S 000-040948). The award is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this procurement.<br/><br/>The Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance, hosted by Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust (RSFT), has awarded a contract for the delivery of the Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Programme.
