Description
12-month extension of the contract as agreed with the supplier. The original description is below. Fife Council have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety of their employees and, as such, must establish a robust lone and remote working solution. The system/solution that is implemented will ensure that Fife Council complies with its obligation or duty of care, as an employer, in line with Health and Safety Executive standards.
