Description
The Unified Communications Project aims to modernise the existing analogue back-office telephony systems within SYP and HP by integrating external voice capabilities into Microsoft Teams. This initiative will replace legacy analogue ISDN lines with modern digital connectivity. Transition call detail recording (CDR) from Tiger Prism to its Teams-compatible application and deliver a fully integrated telephony solution within the Microsoft Teams environment.
