Description
The tender is to award a contract to a single provider that will provide hostel services in RCT region. The Contract will be to deliver services in up to 2 locations. Each hostel will be staffed 24/7. The Hostels will provide a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) with staff delivering support that is designed to take into account the emotional and psychological needs of the individual. Individuals will assess as needing medium to high level of support including mental health issue, alcohol and or substance misuse issues, offending behaviour etc.
