Description
Marine inspections and repairs to the Council's affected property. The affected property is categorised as any land owned or the responsibility of the client that is deemed as within a tidal zone or is land that gives access to tidal areas and activities. The contract will incorporate the following. • Investigating, reporting and providing advice, including costings, related to reactive and planned remedial works and replacement in a wide range of corporate property within a marine environment in various states of repair. • All aspects of reactive repairs, replacement and renewal. • All works to take place in accordance with legal designations placed on the specific land, such as listed building, conservation area or works designated as requiring a licence from the Marine Management Organisation
