Description
The contract was awarded via the ESPO Framework 390_22 for Lot 3 - Total Document Management Solutions. This provides a full end-to end solution for all scanning and storage. This includes scanning, indexing, encryption, electronic storage, transportation and secure disposal of documents, storage, retrieval and associated training. NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) have procured a central storage and retrieve on demand service for Lloyd George Medical Records, for participating practices across the HIOW Integrated Care System. This involves two processes: • Relocation of the paper record from the practices to the central store, including the barcoding and indexing of each record. • Retrieval of the paper record as required by the practice.
