Description
CITB will use the outputs of this research to develop our evidence-base, to enhance understanding of skills demand and supply. It will aid CITB strategy in terms of understanding the flow into and out of employment in the construction sector. The findings should identify interventions which could be adopted to successfully retain workers in employment in the sector.
