Description
We are seeking submissions from organisations who are qualified to provide the following Service to children and young people who are: Are disengaged or at risk of becoming disengaged from education Are classified as presenting complex/changing needs (often required at short notice or on an emergency basis) Requires specific interventions to support a higher level of SEMH need, may have an My Plan/ EHCP therefore may or may not have a diagnosis Can present with complex/changing needs Have multi-agency support or involvement Children who would otherwise benefit from off-site curriculum Overall requirements: • Offer provision on a “roll on - roll off” basis running from 2nd September 2024 to 31st July 2025. • Provision for Pupils as referred by the Progressions Team to commence on an ad hoc basis, subject to referrals from schools / referring service. • Offer courses that are attractive to the target group(s) whilst incorporating SMART targets to demonstrate progression in line with req…
