Description
This notice is to communicate the intention to award a contract under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process.<br/> <br/>NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (now NHS Norfolk and Suffolk ICB) sought to procure a Hypertension and Lipids Optimisation service. The successful provider staff will be expected to work with the ICB Cardiovascular disease team, the N&W Protect NoW team, and General Practice to improve clinical effectiveness through case finding and management of patients.<br/><br/>This is a 1 year contract with the option to extend for up to an additional 1 years. The 1 year contract value is a a maximum of £600,000.
