To provide a Glaucoma Repeat Readings Services, Glaucoma Enhanced Referral Service, and Post Operative Cataract Follow up. NHS Derby & Derbyshire ICB are intending to award the contract to the existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The approximate activity will be GRR/GERS 194, Enhanced Cataract 132, Post-Op Cataract 313 consultations. This is an existing service intended to award to an existing provider until 31 March 2028.
