Description
The Framework will facilitate energy consumption reduction, renewable energy generation, greenhouse gas emissions reduction and wider performance improvements including changes focused on water consumption. Service Providers will develop costed proposals to decarbonise the contracting authority's buildings, and to execute the proposals with energy performance guarantees. REFIT 5 is a single lot framework.
