Description
This ITT sought to appoint a Project Manager to provide project management services during RIBA Stage 2 and 3 design for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust's New Hospital Programme scheme, procured as a further competition under the HPCCAS framework (SBS10190, Lot 2).<br/><br/>The commission spans the RIBA 1 revisit, RIBA Stage 2 (Hybrid Outline Planning Application) and RIBA Stage 3 design and construction programme management activities across three linked components: the new-build acute hospital, the Heatherwood Hospital extension and the refurbishment of the retained Frimley Park Hospital estate. The initial contractual commitment is for the RIBA 1 revisit and RIBA Stage 2, with an Authority option to extend the contract to include RIBA Stages 4 and 5 on negotiated day-rate terms.
