**This is an Intention to Award Notice to award a contract using a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations for Children and Young People's (CYP) Admission Avoidance and Discharge Support Service to NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (Devon ICB) ** Details of the services were provided in the F02: Contract Notice published on the 28th August 2025 (2025/S 000-052010). The contract period is 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2031 (which includes an optional extension period for up to 2 (two) years), as defined at the sole discretion of the Commissioners The total combined maximum contract value across the full potential term of 5 (five) years, including any optional extension years for £2,115,000, exclusive of VAT.
