This is a formal award notice to award a contract using a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations for NHS Devon Children and Young People's (CYP) Admission Avoidance and Discharge Support Service Details of the services were provided in the F02: Contract Notice published 28th August (2025 - 2025/S 000-0787501) and F03: Contract Award Notice (Intention to Award) published 2nd December 2025 (2025/S 000-078750) The contract period is 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2031 (which includes an optional extension period for up to 2 (two) years), as defined at the sole discretion of the Commissioners The total combined maximum contract value across the full potential term of 5 (five) years, including any optional extension years for £2,115,000, exclusive of VAT.
