Low Interest Loans (LiL) Digital and Data delivery within the Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) project\r \r 1. Context and Scope\r The Supplier shall provide delivery of Low Interest Loans (LIL) digital and data capability, added to the SAHP project as a fourth LIL squad.\r \r The LIL workstream covers end-to-end Discovery through to Beta delivery of a digital solution for the LIL grant and loan application and allocation management journey.\r \r The Buyer shall retain oversight and final decision-making authority throughout.
