Description
The Trust requires the provision of its Totara Learn and Totara Perform Learning Management System (LMS), known within the Trust as YAS247, which is a business-critical platform supporting learning, appraisal, compliance and workforce development activities. A benchmarking exercise was undertaken through the G-Cloud 14 Framework, reviewing service offerings from six suppliers providing Totara services. The assessment considered service offering, capability, NHS experience and ability to meet the Trust’s functional requirements. Think Learning, the incumbent supplier and a Totara Platinum Partner, was identified as the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT), providing the most comprehensive solution aligned to the Trust’s requirements while maintaining continuity of the existing service.
