Description
The Trust requires renewal of its existing Centricity support contract for an initial 18-month period from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2028. The Centricity solution provides critical operational functionality for the Trust’s 999/111 Centricity Pilot, AACR Real-Time Displays and AutoDialler, forming an integral part of the Trust’s telephony architecture and supporting call recording access, real-time supervisory monitoring and automated communications. The renewal will be facilitated through Lot 5 of CCS RM6259 (Vertical Application Solutions), providing a compliant route consistent with the existing agreement. The incumbent supplier is the only provider able to support the bespoke Centricity solution and its integration with the Trust’s existing telephony and call recording infrastructure; replacement at this stage would introduce significant operational risk and disruption.
