Description
This ITT sought to appoint a Cost Consultant to provide cost consultancy services during RIBA Stage 2 and 3 design for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust's New Hospital Programme scheme, procured as a further competition under the HPCCAS framework (SBS10190, Lot 4).<br/><br/>The commission covers cost planning, cost reporting, change control, lifecycle costing, whole life carbon advice and OBC/NHP support across RIBA Stage 2 and, subject to programme governance and funding approvals, RIBA Stage 3. The initial contractual commitment is for RIBA Stage 2 only, with an Authority option to extend the contract to include RIBA Stages 4 and 5 on negotiated hourly-rate terms.
